ERIE COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION (ECBA) VOLUNTEER LAWYERS PROJECT (VLP)
The Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) is a program created by Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc., (NLS) and the Bar Association of Erie County. The primary function of this organization is to recruit, train and coordinate the work of over 800 volunteer attorneys; provide client intake, case screening and matching of clients and attorneys. HUMANE SOCIETY AT LAKEWOOD RANCH
The Humane Society at Lakewood Ranch (“HSLWR”) is located in Myakka City, Florida. Since the creation of the organization, HSLWR has grown by leaps and bounds. Countless dogs and cats have been rescued, rehabilitated, and given outstanding homes. HSLWR started as a mere dream in the minds of four people and has now become a positive force within the community. More information about the HSLWR can be found at www.hslwr.org.
